Davey is crazy for dogs. He has long known the sign for “dog” and eagerly communicates his love for them by panting in imitation. One of his favorite DVDs is KidSongs “We Love Dogs”, which combines dogs AND music. It’s no surprise that whenever we are out somewhere and run into a doggie, Davey walks over and plops himself down next to his new canine friend. He loves to grab the leash and jiggle it, he loves getting doggie kisses, he loves tumbling on the ground.

The second we move into our new house on the new safe street with the safely fenced backyard, we’re getting a dog.

Preferably a water-lovin’ Lab/mix. Because the only thing Davey loves as much as dogs and music is water.
