But I just have to say when I saw little Trig on the stage after tonight’s debate, oooooooo, I melted. He was snuggled into some lucky woman’s shoulder and I found myself nearly overcome with an irresistible urge to reach into the screen and pull him into my arms. Babies with Down syndrome are the snuggliest wee ones on the planet. They just melt into you and melt your heart.
