Anybody here seen Davey’s glasses? Anyone?

Anyone?

Because sometime between when he came home from school, specs firmly on his face, and when we got in the van to go pick up his sisters at daycare (half day for the boys, not for the girls), they vanished.

They are somewhere on our compound. I turned over every square inch of the playroom. I searched the entire first floor. I even looked behind the framed art on the walls. I searched the driveway and yard, flashlight in hand, though Edward is certain he last saw them on the floor inside the house.

The boy is a master thrower but this is taking things too far. My head aches from focusing my gaze in a tight sweeping arc. I spent enough time on my knees this evening to put Cinderella to shame (… and tsk on you for thinking I was going to write something different!).

Where are those damg things?! Let me know if you see them. And hope you don’t hear a crunch underfoot.
